Mop the Floor Before You Leave the House

In the morning, allot yourself some time to quickly mop down your floors before you head out to work, school, yoga, wherever you’re going. This way, you’ll have clean, dry floors when you get back.

It’s hard not to compare yourself to others, we do it even subconsciously, so try to make a conscious choice to only compare yourself to you. Make yourself better, don’t focus on where everyone else is in their journey.

Put Down Your Phone

I know this is ironic, since some of you may be reading this on a phone, but make sure to have some time away from the screen, whether it be watching a movie or eating a meal.

Cayenne Pepper Hot Chocolate

Treat yourself to a sweet dessert drink with a kick.

Prepare your hot chocolate as normal. I prefer to use Almond Milk instead of regular milk, but that’s just my preference, so get 1 cup of that, and bring to a boil. In your mug, mix together hot chocolate mix, it’s the easiest thing, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and a dash of cayenne pepper, you can add more or less depending on your tastes.

Pour the milk into the mug once boiling, and mix well, then enjoy!

Spend An Hour Outside

Sometimes it’s hard for us to get that Vitamin D, so try to take an hour each day weeding, laying out in the sun, reading a book, whatever you like to do, and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful fall weather.
