Are you trying to work on your fitness but don’t know where to start? I feel you, I really do, for so long I focused on my cardio and did weights every now and then, but not consistently enough to notice a big difference. But I didn’t really want to sign up for a gym membership, especially since most didn’t offer a variety of classes that I was into. This is when I found Tone it Up, which is a fitness app. When I say this is life-changing, I am not being dramatic at all. I love the workouts, they’re motivational, they’re all 30 minutes or less to fit into a busy schedule, and they are all things done right at your home using small weights or even just bodyweight. They also have a great mix of programs from dance to yoga to meditation to cardio, they have it all.
If you’ve been struggling for something to help you get moving again, get a workout app of some kind. It doesn’t have to be Tone it Up, everyone needs to find the app or program that works best for them. I personally love the variety and the programs, but again, you need to find what works for you. Just put in a little research to find the right fit for you!
