Make yourself a healthy protein smoothie every morning to start your day off right.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use Tone It Up vanilla flavored)
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice
- 1 large handful of fresh spinach
- 1 large handful of fresh kale
Blend together for a delicious smoothie. If you find that yours is too thick, add a little more almond milk. This makes one large serving, simply double it for two.
